You’re doing Agile right, but agile wrong

You've finally done it, but something seems off.

Agile
People

Your company has adopted Scrum, SAFe, Kanban, or some other Agile framework. You're doing all the things the books and consultants tell you to do such as standups, refinements, retrospectives, writing user stories, estimating with story points, and more. Despite this, you're still not satisfied with how you deliver software either from a speed or quality perspective, or perhaps both!

In this session, we’ll explore why simply following Agile frameworks doesn’t always yield true agility. We’ll highlight the common pitfalls that arise when organizations treat Agile as a checklist rather than a mindset, and we'll share real world learnings on how to achieve making your organization truly agile.
