Jeff Blankenburg spent the early part of his career in digital advertising, building websites for Victoria’s Secret, Abercrombie & Fitch, and Ford Motor Company, among others.  He also spent 8 years at Microsoft, primarily as an evangelist for any new technology he could get his hands on.  Today, he works on the Amazon Alexa team helping developers make Alexa even smarter. Jeff has also spoken at conferences all over the world, including London, Munich, Sydney, Tokyo, and New York, covering topics ranging from software development technologies to soft skill techniques. He also serves as an organizer for the Stir Trek conference.

Chris DeMars is a Senior Developer Advocate II at DigitalOcean with over 20 years of technical experience. He speaks all over the world on web accessibility, feature flags, A/B testing, and CSS. For his community contributions, he holds awards as a Progress Champion and former Microsoft MVP, Google Developer Expert, Cloudinary Media Developer Expert, and Auth0 Ambassador. When he is not working on making the web great and accessible you can find him fishing, on the paintball field, rating Detroit Style pizza, and looking for UFO's.

Mark is the founder of RendleLabs, which provides consulting services and workshops to .NET development teams across all industries. His particular obsessions are API design and development, performance, Observability and code-base modernisation. He also uses skills acquired during a few years as a professional stand-up comic to deliver entertaining and informative talks at conferences around the world, and recently learned to play bass so he could join tech parody band The LineBreakers.

Vagif works at NRK (Norwegian Broadcasting Corporation). He has about three decades of programming experience, currently focusing on building systems in F# and C#. Vagif is a frequent speaker on software conferences and contributor to some open source projects. In his free time he talks to house pets and struggles with playing music.

Scott Wlaschin is a developer, architect and author. He is the author of the popular F# site fsharpforfunandprofit.com, and the book "Domain Modeling Made Functional", published by Pragmatic Bookshelf.

Known for his non-academic approach to functional programming, Scott is a popular speaker and has given talks at NDC, F# Exchange, DDD Europe, and other conferences around the world.

David Pallmann is a product manager at AWS focused on .NET Developers. He has worked with .NET since the beginning in numerous roles - at Microsoft, at consulting companies, and now at AWS.

Richard Campbell wrote his first line of code in 1977. His career has spanned the computing industry both on the hardware and software sides, development, and operations. He was a co-founder of Strangeloop Networks, acquired by Radware in 2013, and was on the board of directors of Telerik, which was acquired by Progress Software in 2014. Today, he is a consultant and advisor to a number of successful technology firms and is the founder and chairman of Humanitarian Toolbox (www.htbox.org), a public charity that builds open-source software for disaster relief. Richard also hosts three podcasts: .NET Rocks! Dean Schuster has been envisioning and creating human-centered digital products since the advent of the commercial web. He is founder and owner of the user experience strategy firm truematter, leading the team to help national and international organizations change the way they do business online. He travels all over the world to speak and teach, mentoring professionals and challenging teams to a higher standard for digital experiences.

Dean is also an avid ultra-marathoner and trail racer, often found in out-of-the-way places, including Antarctica.

David Giard is a former accountant and a former biochemist, who has been developing solutions using Microsoft technologies for over three decades.  Currently, David helps companies solve hard technical problems in his role as a Microsoft Partner Solution Architect. David has been very active in the developer community, speaking at numerous major conferences, code camps, and user groups around the world; helping to lead user groups; and helping to organize conferences and other geek events. He is the host and producer of the mildly popular online TV shows "Technology and Friends" and "GCast". He is the co-author of the Wrox book Real World .NET, C#, and Silverlight. Carmen Huidobro is a developer advocate and deved enthusiast. She thrives on lifting others up in their tech careers and loves a good CSS challenge. Always excited to talk about teaching tech, especialmente en Español, oder auf Deutsch.

Pete Gallagher is a Full-Stack Manager at Avanade UK, a Microsoft Certified Trainer and Azure MVP, Pluralsight Author, experienced public speaker and Meetup organiser. 

He has been creating software for decades and is happy programming in just about any language. 

Pete has been involved in a wide span of tech in his many years of industry experience, including IoT Projects for; Royal Mail Stamp Vending before there was such a thing as modern IoT, Building Monitoring Systems, Internet Connected Self Service Kiosks, Wildlife Protection and Ecology in Africa and much more.

He has presented internationally on a wide variety of IoT Topics, including the Azure IoT Stack, AI, Robotics, .NET, DevOps, Amazon Alexa, Particle Photon, Arduino etc etc.

Pete helped create the Microsoft AZ220 IoT Developer certification and also has created Pluralsight content to help learners pass the exam. 

Pete also organises​ Notts IoT, co-organises Dot Net Notts, Notts Dev Workshop, sits on the Board of LATi, a Loughborough based Advanced Technology networking group, co-organises the Azureish Twitch channel, co-hosts IoTeaLive and is a co-host of the Agile Engineering Podcast.

Speaker, author, and software developer. Stacy has been developing solutions since the mid-1990s in various companies and industries ranging from facilitating contract jobbing to allowing consumers to close a mortgage without the help of a financial adviser – with lots in between.

She has a passion for sharing knowledge: using storytelling for sharing her experiences to help teams grow in the ways that they develop software and work together and performing live coding demonstrations to inspire others to try new technologies.

Stacy has just published her first book, aimed at helping developers get started building dynamic applications using C#, Azure Functions, and Azure Static Web Apps.

For her effort in the community, Stacy has been awarded the Microsoft MVP for Developer Technologies since 2020.

Karen, of Karen Tests Stuff  - a curious software tester who loves the testing community with her whole heart. She shares what she's learning with others through her YouTube channel and social media, @KarenTestsStuff. Karen enjoys meeting new and returning friends at conferences, and looks forward to being involved with more communities worldwide.

Olena is passionate about data and its applications, sustainable software development, and teamwork. With a background in computer science, she's led teams and developed mission-critical applications at Nokia, HERE Technologies, and AWS. Currently, she works at Aiven where she supports developers and customers in using open-source data technologies such as Apache Kafka, ClickHouse, and OpenSearch. She is also an AWS Community Builder, a Confluent Catalyst, a volunteer teacher at non-profit tech school and an international public speaker, who regularly present at conferences around the world.

Joe Guadagno has been writing software for over 20 years, has been an active member of the .NET community,

Maddy Montaquila (formerly Leger) is a Senior Product Manager at Microsoft on the .NET team. She has been with the team since 2018 working on Xamarin and .NET MAUI, and now also .NET Aspire. She first worked with the Xamarin team as a Microsoft intern and realized the impact she could have creating amazing developer tools and frameworks. Gregor helps technology leaders transform both their organization and their technology platform. You’ll find him riding the Architect Elevator from the engine room to the penthouse, perhaps automating serverless solutions in the morning and preparing board presentations in the afternoon. His favorite pastime is dissecting buzzwords and replacing them with meaningful decisions and architectural trade-offs.

Gregor is known as co-author of the seminal book Enterprise Integration Patterns, which provided the reference vocabulary for all modern ESBs. Dennie is Microsoft MVP Developer Technologies and has experience in accessibility with Microsoft technologies. In daily life Dennie is president and developer at DDSoft, a nonprofit that connects IT to People who are less tech-savvy. Dennie invented technical solutions and systems to help people with disabilities to participate in their daily life. Thanks to his autism he's the right man at the right spot to contribute as a volunteer in function of people with disabilities.

Meet Gerald Versluis, software engineer at Microsoft, who wields the power of .NET MAUI to conquer any project that comes his way. With a career spanning over a decade, he's tackled it all, from frontend to backend and everything in between, using Azure, ASP.NET, and all the other .NET goodies. 

But it wasn't until he discovered the magic of Xamarin that he truly fell in love with mobile and cross-platform development, becoming an active community member and sharing his knowledge through writing, tweeting, and presentations. Brecht De Ruyte is a self-taught front-end developer located in Belgium with a passion for UX and Design. During the day you can find him working at iO, a full service agency. Besides that, he is also a Google Developer Expert, Smashing Magazine writer and blog owner of utlitybend.com. He also participates in the W3C community: Open UI.

Johannes Dienst is Developer Advocate at AskUI. His focus is on automation, documentation, and software quality.

Jonathan, or J as he's known to friends, is a husband, a father, and the owner of Trailhead Technology Partners, a custom software consulting company with employees all around the world. He is also a Microsoft MVP in .NET and frequently speaks at software meetups and conferences. He doesn't mind too much because he loves sharing what he’s learned, and it also gives him an excuse to visit any nearby National Parks, a passion of his, proven by the fact that he's currently made it to 56 of the 63 parks.

J also has a passion for building community and has served on several non-profit boards over the years as a result. Currently, J sits on the SoftwareGR board, a non-profit trade organization dedicated to building the software industry in West Michigan. I'm a Security Engineer at Google, currently specializing in remediating critical software vulnerabilities and leading a global team towards addressing vulnerabilities in all of Google products. I'm also part of the team managing Google's Bughunter Vulnerability Rewards Program.

I've been a security professional since 2007, and in the past 8 years I've been mostly focusing on incident response and forensics and working with developers in how to address security vulnerabilities. I worked at Apple, Microsoft, Meta and now Google.

Adi is an experienced software engineer and people manager. For most of her professional life, she dealt with data and machine learning for transactional and analytics workloads by building large-scale systems. As a data practitioner, she developed software to solve real-world problems with Apache Spark, Kafka, HDFS, K8s, AWS, and Azure in high-throughput, high-scale production environments for companies like Akamai and Microsoft.

Adi has taught Spark to thousands of students throughout the years and is the author of the successful book — Scaling Machine Learning with Spark. 
When not thinking up new architecture, teaching new tech or pondering on a distributed systems challenge, you can find her at the local cultural scene. 


David is the Founder of EventCatalog.dev, a tool that simplifies event-driven architectures for developers by providing an intuitive interface to document and visualize event-driven systems. With a passion for open-source development, David has made significant contributions to the tech community, establishing himself as a prolific open-source contributor. His work is widely recognized for its impact on improving the accessibility and efficiency of event-driven applications.

Before founding EventCatalog.dev, David was a Developer Advocate at AWS, where he focused on serverless technologies and event-driven architectures. During his time at AWS, he authored the book EDA Visuals, which has become an essential resource for developers working with event-driven architectures. David is also a renowned international speaker, having presented at more than 20 conferences around the globe including AWS reInvent, GOTO Conferences, and EDA Day, among others.

Chris Klug is a developer badass-as-a-service that either creates or solves problems depending on who you ask. He loves creating and building things. Whether it be a new application, a new kitchen or a new RC helicopter, you will see him building things all the time. Most of the time, that means writing code and solving problems for clients at a company called Active Solution in Stockholm though. Except for the many days he spends at conferences and usergroups, talking about doing things he is passionate about, and for the days he goes mountain biking, IPSC shooting, kiteboarding or RC helicopter flying.
For the last 15-something years, he has been solving problems for customers, and loving it. But if he gets to choose, he'll go to the beach and kitesurf every day!

Nick is a Content Creator focusing on C# & .NET and an Author and Founder of the educational platform Dometrain.

François Martin is a senior full stack software engineer at Karakun AG, living in Switzerland. He is an active open source contributor and co-author of the two open source JavaFX frameworks WorkbenchFX and PreferencesFX, an active member of the Swiss Testing Board and he participates in the working group of Advanced and Expert level at ISTQB. He is one of the authors of the upcoming ISTQB Security Test Analyst syllabus.

Clifford Agius, Freelance .NET Developer and also blogs from time to time, is currently a three-time Developer Technologies & IoT MVP, specialising in Xamarin/.NET MAUI and IoT. By day, an airline pilot flying Airbus A320 aircraft around Europe and when not doing that, Clifford freelances as a .NET developer. An active member of the .NET community, he is a regular speaker at conferences and meet-ups around the world.

Clifford graduated as an engineer from the Ford Technical Training Centre in 1995. After 11 years as an electrical/mechanical engineer working with Robotics and PLC Programming, he trained to become an Airline Pilot in 2001. Clifford became a Microsoft Valued Professional (MVP) in 2020.

Steve Gordon is a Pluralsight author, 6x Microsoft MVP, and a .NET engineer at Elastic. He is based in the UK. Steve is passionate about community and all things .NET related, having worked with .NET for over 20 years. Steve enjoys sharing his knowledge through his blog, in videos and by presenting talks at user groups and conferences. Steve is excited to participate in the active .NET community and founded .NET South East, a .NET Meetup group based in Brighton. He enjoys contributing to and maintaining OSS projects. Kevlin is an independent consultant, speaker, writer and trainer. His development interests, contributions and work with companies covers programming, people and practice. He has contributed to open- and closed-source codebases, been a columnist for a number of magazines and sites and has been on far too many committees (it has been said that "a committee is a cul-de-sac down which ideas are lured and then quietly strangled"). Jennifer Marsman is a Principal Engineer in the Office of the CTO at Microsoft, focused on generative AI with OpenAI models. She has worked for Microsoft for over 20 years; previous teams include Azure Cognitive Search, AI for Earth, CSE, Developer Evangelism, the Assistance Platform, and the Natural User Interface Platform (reorged from the Natural Language Group). Jennifer is a frequent speaker at software development conferences around the world, including the United Nations AI for Good Summit. 

Since 2016, Jennifer was recognized as one of the “top 100 most influential individuals in artificial intelligence and machine learning” by Onalytica, reaching the #2 slot in 2018. Scott works on the Azure Developer Experience team at Microsoft. His team builds all the tools for Azure (Command-Line, VS Code, Visual Studio), the Azure SDKs and many developer services including App Service, Azure Functions, Azure Container Apps and many more. Before Azure Developer Scott led the ASP.NET and .NET team rebooting .NET with .NET Core and ASP.NET Core. He is also an avid hiker and Formula One fan.

Dr. Jodie Burchell is the Developer Advocate in Data Science at JetBrains, and was previously the Lead Data Scientist in audiences generation at Verve Group Europe. She completed a PhD in clinical psychology and a postdoc in biostatistics, before leaving academia for a data science career. She has worked for 7 years as a data scientist in both Australia and Germany, developing a range of products including recommendation systems, analysis platforms, search engine improvements and audience profiling. She has held a broad range of responsibilities in her career, doing everything from data analytics to maintaining machine learning solutions in production. She is a long time content creator in data science, across conference and user group presentations, books, webinars, and posts on both her own and JetBrain's blogs.

Matt Brunt is a Senior Software Engineer with Bumble where he works in the Trust and Safety team.

He’s a mentor for development topics such as BDD, TDD, and clean-code, as well as having a few open source packages out in the wild.

Lex Lofthouse is a Senior Designer at Nzime, a digital agency in Nottingham. She has been working in the design industry for over a decade, where her career took her from the cold regions of Scotland to the sunny streets of Nottingham. She specialises in digital design. Her skillset also includes branding and print design as well as UX design and most recently, illustration and animation. She’s even semi-competent at some basic HTML and CSS she’ll have you know!

Dylan Beattie is an independent consultant who has been building data-driven web applications since the 1990s. He’s managed teams, taught workshops, and worked on everything from tiny standalone websites to complex distributed systems. He’s a Microsoft MVP, and he regularly speaks at conferences and user groups all over the world.
